Refund Policy
CNL Welfare Foundation values donor trust and transparency. Please read our refund policy carefully.
1. Donations
All donations made to CNL Welfare Foundation are non-refundable, as they are utilized immediately for social welfare activities.
2. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

Duplicate donation due to technical error

Incorrect amount charged because of system malfunction
Such requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please email us with:

Date of donation

Reason for refund request
4. Refund Approval
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
5. Decision Authority
CNL Welfare Foundation reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests.
